This video is short and it should be. Two quick fixes that prevent me from spiralling down negative emotional sinkholes are in no particular order of importance: gratitude and action.
1) think of all the amazing things you have to be grateful for, and 2) MOVE! Convulse, gyrate right off your computer chair, hit the sidewalks dancing and singing, go for a walk whatever, just MOVE away from where you are sitting or standing in negativity and get into your body. I'm telling you it just works. Get out of your head and into your heart and gut. MOVE!
