Our clients spend the first 12 one-hour sessions working through the 6 pillars of High Performance, identifying gaps and celebrating wins at every turn.

While the initial part of the program is 12 weeks, clients can re-enroll as often as they want, each time focusing on yet another aspect of their life or business that will accelerate their ability to get everything they've ever wanted both from their lives - and more.
The sessions include notes from their Certified High Performance Coach emailed to the client following the completion of each session, plus challenges, worksheets, links and more. Whatever the client needs to succeed, I ensure they’ve got it in their arsenal!
We will ask tough questions. It will be uncomfortable.
All clients have to be willing to do some work – thinking, writing, strategizing and coming up with new ways to think about their work, their world and their place in it.

The Core Sessions cover 12 topics that help you reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life.
This process will give you more Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence in ALL areas of your life!
Session 1 - Focal Points
The goal of this session is to discover where you currently focus your attention in life's main arenas (Health, Lover, Family and Friends, Mission, Finances, Hobbies, and Spirit). We’ll discover what level of agency or control you currently feel, what habits help you perform at your highest level and which ones hinder you from reaching high performance.
Session 2 - Clarity
We’ll help you gain immediate, behavioral-driven clarity and intentionality. You will learn where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you experience in life. We will work to create a clear vision of your best self: who you want to be, how you want to interact with others, and what life principles and practices will make you most successful.
Session 3 - Energy
We’ll focus on gaining immediate improvements in the energy you feel and generate each day. You will learn specific practices around rest & exercise, diet & nutrition, and daily energizing techniques that amplify your energy so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life.
Session 4 - Courage
We’ll discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life and in which areas you might be holding back. You'll get tools to help you gain confidence, decisiveness, and momentum. You will learn about the impact of fear, how to express your real thoughts, feelings and needs and how to create and respond to challenges by taking action.
Session 5 - Productivity
We’ll focus on how productive and effective you feel in life and work. You will learn how to use and apply a set of tools and concepts to help you quickly and easily improve the areas in life and work in which you feel you are not being as productive as you desire.
Session 6 - Influence
We'll gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career. You will learn tools and techniques to raise your level of action and influence in all areas of your life.
Session 7 - Psychology Mastery
Now at the program's halfway point, we begin to delve deeper into self-mastery through the six pillars of high performance. In this session you’ll learn to develop a free, consciously directed, positive and engaged mind. Put simply, you'll learn to develop a high performance mindset.
Session 8 - Physiology Mastery
We’ll dive deeper into your energy awareness and gain even more vivacity and vigor. You will learn additional techniques to help you activate your physiology in ways that make you feel even stronger and more vibrant.
Session 9 - Productivity Mastery
We'll review how productive you've been since we began working together and determine ways in which you can become even more effective. We'll look carefully at how you can cut out distractions and you’ll learn a specific process methodology to effectively determine your will, competence and likelihood of success for any given challenge.
Session 10 - Persuasion Mastery
We’ll identify areas in your life where you can become more persuasive. You will learn to effectively gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve been in your relationships and career, along with a specific 3-part formula for thinking through any situation that will allow you to raise your level of effectiveness in these areas.
Session 11 - Purpose Mastery
Although this pillar of high performance underlies much of the work we have done to date, we will dive specifically into the topic of purpose for the first time. You will learn how to evaluate your current level of living and leading purposefully, along with a proven technique and process to clearly define and articulate your passions, desires, drive and purpose.
Session 12 - Presence Mastery
We'll check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward. You will learn how to ensure you are implementing the tools and techniques you have acquired throughout this process into your daily routine and practices. We’ll make sure you continue to implement positive daily rituals and habits and continue the momentum of High Performance Living.
